Their ice cream is low-fat, low-cal, has fiber and protein (shocker, right?) and definately not low in flavor! Oh, I just love it...and I've only had 1 bar so far.

Okay, here's the good news: Skinny Cow White Mint Truffle bars have a nice minty flavor that isn't overpowering. It's creamy and is reasonably sized. It has 100 calories per bar, with nice chocolatey ribbons surrounding it.
I ate one yesterday, and at first, I thought about eating it while writing in my blog but I had been mesmerized by the delicious-ness! Ha! I just wanted to eat half a bar and save half for dessert after dinner but it was gone after I finished my first half. I

The bad news: Even though I wrote a great review on Skinny Cow above, there are cons. First, the 2nd or 3rd ingredient (I forgot which) is high fructose corn syrup. Second, it a bit pricey. From where I get it from (Safe-Way), it cost about $6.99 for 1 box that contains 6 bars. That is a bit more than a dollar for each. I got it on sale for $4.99 so only get them if them if their on sale or if you have coupons, y'know...unless your rich (something that I'm not!).
I said they were creamy too...remember? It isn't that rich and creamy like fat-ful ice cream but it's better than those non-real-tasting ice creams that is all artificial and comes in those flower-shaped cups (which by the way taste nothing like real ice cream, did I just mention that?).

There ya have it. My review. Yep..And would I reccomend this? Yes!!!!!!
